1- open my computer, or any folder in your computer.

2- in the upper tab, click on view.

3- Click on options.

4- open the view tab.

5- Scroll down and then remove the mark in front of "hide file extension for known file types".

6- click apply and then click ok

7- now examine your files for file extension, it should appear at the end of the file name.

8- the final step is to search for the correct program through search engine on the internet.
