In this article we are going to see one of the solutions for the following error which I encountered while I was testing my WCF service using Visual Studio 2010. "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

In this article we are going to see one of the solutions for the following WARNING message which I encountered while I was testing my WCF service using Visual Studio 2010.
Viewing a webpage in different browsers renders the page differently. for me this message is displayed only in Google Chrome web browser but not in Internet Explorer. rendering of the webpage content also depends on which technology you are using to write the contents of the web page.

This warning message might imply that the web page is trying to use both xml for data and html for formatting of the web page content. If the web browser is unable to interpret the contents of the page properly it displays this warning message because the contents of this page contains both the XML data with xml tags and HTML for formatting the page.

"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

This page was viewed in chrome browser. but when you view the page in Internet Explorer, it does not display the error.
