How to crack a telephonic interview?

Make sure you have given correct contact detail in your resume so that interviewer can contact you correctly.
choose the place where you will not face any disturbance at least for one hour. Concentration is very important.
You should be aware of new job profile.
Communication skills :
1)You need to have proper communication skills and confidence.
2)English grammar should be correct.
3)Revise skills written your resume. Highlight all achievements.
4)Speak slowly so that interviewer can understand it clearly.
Technical skills :
With adequate technical knowledge, you can easily put one step ahead in your career.
You should learn all basic concepts as well as advance features provided in the latest version.
Firstly listen the question carefully. Do not interrupt interviewer in between the question. Your answer should have proper clarity and it should cover the concept.
If you do not know the answer then you should tell him that you are unable to recall at that point of time. Be honest with your answers.

1) What are the qualities you are looking for the candidate who will get a chance to work for this position?
2) What will be the roles and responsibilities given to candidate who will be seleted?
