How to Change Signature and other Settings in Windows 8 Mail Application ?

Are you a Tech Crazy and are tasting Windows 8. You must be using Mail application that comes with Windows 8 and has very nice features and good UI. How to change the Settings of Mail, like Signature, Sync Mails from period and many more...

Windows 8. What a OS (Operating System) from Microsoft! I just love Windows and a great Fan of Windows 8. I am using Windows 8 from its initial releases to Final Version.

Are you using? I think you must, Because the DNS community is a global and famous community about the Microsoft Technologies. Let's leave these things. If you are not using till, you should try this one.

If you are user of Windows 8 and using Mail, you must be bored of The Default Settings of Mail. like Mail App only displays mail from Last 2 weeks. This has Default Signature Send from Window Mail and so many such Features which are really getting some kind of problem.

I have solution of your Problem. No these are not created by me, but I am just sharing this to you guys because many of you don't know about these Setting.

Step by Step with Snapshot

Open Mail by Clicking Mail App icon in Star Screen.
Start Screen with Mail App

Now Call the Charm Bar by Pressing Windows+C on your Keyboard or by moving your mouse pointer to Corner of Desktop.

Click on the Setting on Charm Bar.

Click on Account Name of Your Mail

Lets be clear by below snapshot:

You will see the Following Screen:

This picture is self Describing. One more thing, Now Microsoft also hates Save Button. Just change settings and click outside the Control, automatically saved.

Also did you note one thing in in Second Snapshot. Mail supports threaded mails. Didn't you get what I mean, lets see the same Image once again.

Cool! Do you know how to an html signature & hyperlinks?

I don't think MS Supports HTML Signature in Mail App. However, I am talking with MS about it and revert if anything new trick found.

In case of Adding links, Just write URL as, Mail with convert to Link automatically on sent Mail.
