Excel to PDF in landscape orientation

In this article, I would like to tell you how to convert an excel file to pdf. I also wanted to tell you something if the worksheet is big due to more number of rows or columns. Go to File -> Print. In that, select the printer as 'Nitro PDF Creator' or 'Adobe PDF' or any other PDF Creator from the drop down list.

In this article, I would like to tell you how to convert an excel file to pdf.
I also wanted to tell you something if the worksheet is big due to more number of rows or columns.

So, now you have data in an excel file where there are a number of columns. If you want to convert it into a PDF, first make sure that Nitro PDF or Adobe PDF or any other PDF creator is installed in your computer.

(The following instructions are for Microsoft Excel 2010)

Then go to File -> Print.

In that, select the printer as 'Nitro PDF Creator' or 'Adobe PDF' or any other PDF Creators from the drop down list.

Then give 'Landscape Orientation' for the fourth drop down list.

Give 'Fit all columns on one page' for the last drop down list.

Then give 'Print'.

The excel file will be converted to a pdf.
The same applies for taking the print out of large excel files. (that is with more number of columns).

If number of rows is more, then give 'Fit all rows on one page' option for the last drop down list.

Hope it helps.
