Interview Experience in an MNC with 2+ years of experience

Hi All,

I would like to share my interview experience herewith.
Introduction
It was conducted by reputed MNC for 2+ years of experienced professionals.
First round of interview was telephonic interview where panel consists of two interviewers.

Schedule
HR has scheduled it around 2pm and I was ready with my preparations.
Around 2pm I received call saying that due to unavailability of interviewers it has been postponed to the next day. I was bit sad and waited for the next day.

Interview: First round
On the next day I received call from them for an interview. They have given introduction about themselves and wished me all the best for an interview.
I have also given my introduction when they asked me to do so ,and thanked them for their wishes.
I was very happy that start was really good. As all know , "First Impression is the Last impression"..

Technical questions
They asked about my current project and technology which I am using.
I explained them about project and my current roles and responsibilities in project.

Then they have started with basic questions on C# , ASP.net , OOAD SQL server questions such as what is CLR , garbage collector , what is normalization , what are clustered and non clustered index?
I have confidently given answers of all questions.

It seemed to be going well from both side. Then they asked me about WCF , WPF and what is the difference between all versions of .Net
I have answered it and waited for next questions.
They asked what is MVC , MVP , MVVM architecture.

...and at the end
After giving answers,they said they are done from their side and asked whether I have any questions for them.
I said yes and I asked them , what are the qualities required for an individual if he/she need to reach at the level where they are currently.. They smiled and said every individual has unique qualities and if the determination in the heart and if anyone tries to reach the high, sky is the limit.. Having strong interpersonal skills ,hard work and "can do" attitude helps an individual to get success.
The telephonic interview has been ended there.

I received call from HR next day saying that I have cracked telephonic interview and company HR expected me to attend Personal Interview which is after 2 days.
I have given confirmation from my side and attended personal interview.

In Person Interview
Personal interview experience was very nice. One interviewer conducted it and asked questions based on ASP.net , Page life cycle, session management , cookies , query strings etc.

HR interview
Then HR called me for HR interview and asked questions about myself,family background , reason of living current job , current and expected ctc etc.

Memorable experience
HR congratulated me and told me that I will get my offer letter soon.
I was very happy and joined that company thenafter.
It was such a memorable experience for me and I am very happy with my current job.
