NTLDR missing error occur when these condition exist in computer:
1.Your computer C drive (it may differ if you install windows in other drive) formatted with FAT32 file system.
2. Physical disk drive does not match with BIOS parameters.Solutions
step 1
Insert your Windows XP CD and restart computer.
step 2
Boot from your disk drive for select boot drive press F10 continuously.step3
When welcome screen apear, press 'R' for open Recovery console.
step 4
Select windows installation and at command line enter these command write in console 'fixmbr' and press enter. You can then write 'fixboot' and press enter.
Now close console and restart your computer, now your computer start normally.
If problem not solved try with following method:
Search in goggle and download BCUPDATE2.EXE.
copy BCUPDATE2.EXE into root folder of windows setup CD.
at command prompt write 'bcupdate2.exe C: /F'.
Press Y for select yes.
now you done.

i am facing a problem in my laptop(compaq vista ultimate)
