No we cant, since 'Con' is a keyword which symbolizes standard input output unit in windows OS

Not only CON we can't create other reserved names. Below are the other reserved names :

* PRN
* AUX
* NUL
* LPT1
* COM1
* Potential drive letter - A: to Z:
* A number of others

Most of them are reserved device names...

CON is a reserve world in windows operating system and built folder in windows operating system.So you cannot make or rename a folder because windows restricts you if you accidentally create a con folder.

No we cant create folder with name con.
