Failed to connect to the SQL database SSODB on SQL Server

In Biztalk while configuring some error occur to config the Biztalk Server 2009 on a Windows xp and SQL Server 2005.Here there is a solution to clear that error.I describe what error we got and what is the solution for that.

ERROR:

To config the Biztalk Server 2009 on a Windows xp and SQL Server 2005. And I got this error when I tried to config the Biztalk Server:

"Failed to connect to the SQL database SSODB on SQL Server 'SQLServerName'. (SSO)".

This happens when I enable the Enterprise Single Sign-On, then appears the X symbol on Data Store Name.

I created the account to run the services for biztalk and put it on Administrators Group and SQL Administrators, too.

Solution for this error:

The best solution I found was to re-register the ssosql.dll on the following manner:

1. start the visual studio command prompt

2. go to the ssosql.dll C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterprise Single Sign-On

3. regasm ssosql.dll
