How to check whether a company is Registered??



There are lot of fake companies working in India. Seeing their infrastructure and facilities it is hard to find whether they are genuine or not. Any registered company willbe having a PVT.Ltd or Inc at the end of their name.
It is always better to check the registration of the company befor you go for an Interview.
All registered companies must be in the list of Govt of India.

Now type your company name and hit search button
Now you will get CIN number.
Now go back to hte page and Type CIN number to get more details about your company
Here provide your comapny Name to get the CIN Number. Then using CIN number You can get more details about your company

informative.. actually i applied loan in hdfc, they told my employer is not registered company.. after that i checked on the following link as mentioned above http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=31
i got my employer ROC everythng and avoided paying fine..
