I need to develop a software which can store some collection of names in MS-Access Database. My client don't know English so he asked me to develop it in both English and also in Tamil. The data will be stored in MS-Access in English. If my client want to see the data in Tamil then the words in the database will be converted to Tamil in letters which is pronounce same as in English.

Then i don't think you need this converter you just change the font of the access DB and it will work i have made an software in hindi using the technique i told you just now.
