WMI code generator generates code which uses management functionalities of System.Management namespace to retrieve system details.
The generated code can be run in remote machines too.

Application
To get MAC address of local as well as remote machine we could use this tool to generate coresponding code.

This tool is capable of executing the generated code itself.
