There are so many frame works as the necessity increases the version of visual studio .Net framework's version also increases.There will be changes or updation from the older version when it comes to newer version.Asp.net framework 1.1 helps the inetpub and wwwroot folders and .net framework 2.0 is easy as we can work it by using copy paste the folder.So all thing is the version matters.So main thing is version which will be take part in all the products as in the programming.
