Wow Very good Project, Many of us like to know about this text to speech, it is very much helpful to read, if some one is having the eyesight problem or the text is written in small fonts we can use this text to speech apps, i am planning to use it for my website as a button to read my articles on the post.
This project helps for this purpose because it is designed using some dll's to speak. And this is the best practice to create sound applications.
And it is having the facilities to use with .net and C#.
