The online customer care project is a vital component for reducing your support load. Customer can be in touch with the Online Customer Care Desk 24x7. They use the user-friendly interfaces to post requests and know about their request status and also about the previous solutions given to the requests.
The Home Page contains Links not only for Home, Contact Us, Etc, but also for ‘Login-For-Employee', ‘Post-a-Query', ‘Previous-Solutions' and ‘Query-Status' which must be redirected to their respective pages (via authorization check where ever required).
A click on Post Query link redirects to the Post a query page where the insertion of the query along with name of the customer who posted the query, contact no, etc into the respective table.
The link Previous Queries lets us to access a page that allows the user to select the particular dept from a dropdown list and get the respective department specific queries and solutions.
The Query Status should the Stored procedure through a business layer specific to the page and Gets the query status from the backend.
Login should filter the users and lets them go only to pages authorized only to them but not to other user's pages.
There are two types of authorized users:
1) Query Manager, who has to direct the queries posted to the respective
2) Customer Care Executives (from various departments), who has to have to answer the queries posted by the customers related to their department
The Customer Manager Home Page must have to allocate the department using a Grid view, which would use its editing capabilities.
The Customer Care Exec home page should have the functionality both for retrieving the previous questions for reference (static data display on data grid) and giving solution to the queries pertaining to his dept only (that which are displayed on data grid) using a data grid with its editing capabilities
PROBLEMS IN THE EXISTING SYSTEM :
• It is time consuming process as the user has to type the dbase commands. He has to remember all the commands which are difficult.
• It is limited to a single system.
• A user who wants only to have some information has to contact the administrator every time.
• Using the MS-Access they are able to store only 2500 records only.
• The present system is very less secure.
SOLUTION OF THESE PROBLEMS
The development of the new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in view of the database integration approach.
1. User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls.
2. The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.
3. It can be accessed over the internet.
4. Vast amount of data can be stored.
5. There is no risk of data mismanagement at any level while the project development is under process.
6. Relationship between the administrator, owner/developer and subcontractor can be maintained very easily.
7. It provides high level of security using different protocols like https etc.

Hello Dear,
Problem in project:--
1.Sir your database is in access and you are using SqlClient in web.config.
2.Your database added in resources but it must be in app_data folder.
3.I am unable to login in employee login.
Please correct these all things.

convert the access DB to SQLServer..
Follow the Steps
1)Create a DB having same name in Access..
2)Right Click the DB->Select Import Data-> A window appear
3)select the Source DB(i.e DB)
4)Click Next
5)select the option button to copy all tables
6)Again click Next
7)After adding all tables u just closed it..
