Our Business Model - SBU
COMM-IT follows a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Model based on products/services and market segments. Our SBU's are separately identifiable business with a group of highly skilled manpower whose number are maintained at an optimal level to ensure Quality and personalised client interface. Our each SBUs have their own executive team with profit responsibility backed by dedicated SBU Managers who are in turn dedicated to the success of our customer's business.
All our SBUs are created according to major markets, products and services which help in effective planning and operations. Each SBU may be a major division in an organization, a group of related products and services or even a single major product and services or brand. The SBU has its own business strategy, objectives and competitors and these will often be different from those of our parent company.
