If the report is a custom report:
1.Start Crystal Reports Designer Version 10.
2.Open the report displaying the error (for example: Reports10\FrontDesk\Folio-ABI.rpt).
3.Click Database | Verify Database
4.You'll get a message similar to "The database file 'Units' has been changed. Proceeding to fix up the report!". Click OK. This message may again if more files have been changed.
5.The system prompts with "The database is now up to date." Click OK.
6.Save the report.
7.Repeat this procedure for ALL other custom reports that use the Units.DAT file.
