I have Oracle client 64 bit
Ms access database engine 2010-32 bit
What is missing

Ok you have sent link for ms access database engine 2010..
In my system I have already MS access database engine 2010.
MS office 2016- 64 bit
oracle client -64 bit
PC-64 bit
ODBC 32 bit
if I change the target from Any cpu to x86, im getting below error "Attempt to load oracle client threw badimage format exception"
