Background verification for govt exams

Last year I linked my PAN card and account details to an online poker website PokerSaint. I want to know if this is going to be a problem in background checks in govt exams (UPSC or other)? Do they even check this kind of informations? Do I have to delete my account details and log in id in that website? And also, is it going to affect if I apply for F1 visa (student education) for foreign countries?

If you have only linked and not done any activity than no issue. even if you did any activity which is legal in nature. means not illegal transactions and illegal activity than you no need to worry about this!
