Can someone describe what are all the open issues with .net frame work 4.5.1 on WINDOWS 2016?

Existing application was developed on WINDOWS 10 with .net frame work 4.5.1.
Now, want to upgrade it to WINDOWS 2016

could you some one tell me will this works? or any open issues do we have with this setup

Deployed and verified .net frame work web site on WIN 2016 and did not see any challenges so far.

I hope WIN 2016 will support .net frame work 4.5 because NET Framework 4.x versions are in-place updates to earlier versions.
