    Hi Sriram,

Thanks for taking your time to posting in DNS.
As you mentioned, you have already invested your 8 years in coding .NET. As for me, coding has been always fun.

But I can understand there must be some scenarios where you decided to change the profession.

Considering your experience, you can enhance your knowledge and become Project Manager and then moving forward. Other options you've chosen are also good.

There is never late to do something, so don't think about the decision. Just make sure you love what you are about to do and you will make yourself a bright future there.

If you are confident about this, sure, Go ahead. Best of Luck, pal.

    Hi Sriram.

According to your experience level you will be next in a position of Project Manager/Project Lead.
I don't think there will be much more coding a head, you just have to give the high level design/implementation for your teams/team leaders then based on that they will divide tasks and split among themselves , you just have to guide what to do and when the requirement is to be submitted.

Coming to change I recommend Data Analyst rather than Quality Analyst. As you are at coding side so far you may be new to QA when coming to prior experience. But your 8 years of experience would have taught you more how the project/product requirement is taken/gathered that will be added advantage for data analyst's.
And you can expect same amount of package for data analyst as that of a developer. But there will be less amount of package for QA.

All the best for your future step. Think wise and take decision.
