How to read data from share point by C# code-Without SharePoint Installed machine.

I Need to develop a automation,Were we need to read the share point data(Lists) to create TFS tasks in VS,I Need to develop a automation ,console application , how can i do with out share point software or any SDK,By purely C# coding.
