Chat module supports LAN and internet that can integrate it with asp.net application

Dear Friends,
We have application developed in Dotnet, we need to integrate private chat module in Asp.NET application.So that users can chat intranet/internet with other users. I would be appreciate, if anyone can suggest that type of plugins.
