    Hi Gopi,

Nice to hear you are going to start a Training Institute, my suggestion to become a successful growth in the path means, you need to focus few sections.

    1) It should be near to most of the colleges, and you need to target all the college students, if possible try to conduct drives in colleges.

    2) You have to upgrade all the latest technologies with highly experienced staff, because every one first looks the Institute brand and then Staff experience and his teaching skills,

    3) Cost should be less than to your competitor, because you have to grow up your network, and it should to target to below middle class people then only you became success in this.

    4) Give some offers while choosing the technologies for ex, who choose .NET you just give WCF is free of cost, and give academic project for free of cost, that will reach most of the students.

These are the primary aspects to grow up your institute, apart from the above you need to concentrate more and more.

Give respect to your work, Instead of trying to impress your boss.

It is great that you are taking such an good initiative.

First you need to have good contacts with colleges, schools and industry, so that you can grab more and more students to you.
Start with the foundation batches for all the cources enlisted by you above, and see how it goes.
After that go for advanced training batches for them.
keep the fees low for starting months or give launching discounts to attract students.
Hire good training faculty and materails.
Concentrate on giving more time for practicals rather than theorotical concepts.

Right now there are lot of institute for various courses. But most of them are money minded institute. Most of the institution's aim is collecting money from the students.

My kind request is if you are starting training institute, first focus should be quality of your training. Following are some of the tips that may help for you.

    1. Find the good place. It is most important, If possible it should be near by any institution.
    2. Find good trainers. Give them felicities for getting information.
    3. Try to get marking persons. If possible announce attractive packages.
    4. Try to introduce the courses one by one. Do not implement all together.
