Nice to hear you are going to start a Training Institute, my suggestion to become a successful growth in the path means, you need to focus few sections.
1) It should be near to most of the colleges, and you need to target all the college students, if possible try to conduct drives in colleges.
2) You have to upgrade all the latest technologies with highly experienced staff, because every one first looks the Institute brand and then Staff experience and his teaching skills,
3) Cost should be less than to your competitor, because you have to grow up your network, and it should to target to below middle class people then only you became success in this.
4) Give some offers while choosing the technologies for ex, who choose .NET you just give WCF is free of cost, and give academic project for free of cost, that will reach most of the students.
These are the primary aspects to grow up your institute, apart from the above you need to concentrate more and more.
