Both the Institutes provide almost same, what they did means for covering full page they provide the details with control names like (label, dropdown, button etc....) rather than mentioning the all control names simply we can call them as Toolbox controls, but it won't cover the full page that is the reason they explore in depth.
coming to your point, In institute 1 they teach you MVC but in second institute they didn't mentioned that, they mentioned full and full ASP.net with C#, but now a days every company expect either MVC / SharePoint along with your .net skills, in that case my suggestion is Institute 1 but you need to enquirer about SharePoint too, that is the present trend in Microsoft, If you are comfortable with MVC that too good no doubt in that.
Before join in any institute you have to enquirer about the Institute and the teaching staff performance, all the best...
