    New Folder in Team discussion in Sharepoint 2013

    Hi ,

    I am trying to create a new folder in team discussion in Sharepoint 2013 but the New Folder option is greyed out i tried to enable from advance settings but .. there the folder option not present as that of the document library.. can any one let me know on this.

    Hi,
    Folder-like structure is not supported by discussion boards.
    you may try:
    Try to increase the threshold and make sure that you have enough access permissions.
    OR
    Use of Category column that you filter on. Then use the various SharePoint filter web parts to "drill-down" to particular topics posts.
    OR
    Create a separate discussion board for each topic.
