Have you register your windows copy ? if yes then it should not show "not genuine"

Hi Edi,
We call that thing WAT (Windows Activation Technology). This is part of ActiveX and a small program that resides in your System32 folder and you can not manually remove that because this application is always working.
The best and legal way to remove WAT notification is to purchase a genuine Windows Key and apply in your OS.
You have option to get a activator in internet, at least some that can remove WAT notifications.

Please verify that you are using the genuine copy of windows or not.
If you have license key then please enter the license key otherwise you need to crack the windows activation.
Some tools are already available on internet. If you are using windows 7 then 7loader and RemoveWAT are the tools.
Kindly search on search engine.

Open Windows Activation by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, right-clicking Computer, clicking Properties, and then clicking Activate Windows now.?
If Windows detects an Internet connection, click Activate Windows online now. Administrator permission required If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Type your Windows 7 product key when prompted, click Next, and then follow the instructions.
if you do not have the product key then,
you can download the tools from internet to active your windows, for windows 7 you can try windows 7 Loader or windows 7 activator.
