Guide me take offer or not

Dear Friends,
i'm working as Software Engineer-II in one of Leading Product based company in chennai. Now i got a job in IndusInd Bank(Corporate Role-Programmer) in chennai with decent package. But some suggest me to don't take that offer some more peoples said good to take. Am little bit confused. So, Kindly guide me shall i take that one or not. Compared to My Current Package ,offered package is nearly 35% hike. If i take means what could the Problems will happen..

I think your new offer is quite interesting, you can have it so your financial condition will also boost and you will get some other experience of coding, suppose if you are not comfortable with that job then you can switch it over. but I will suggest you to make it done.
finally.....decision is yours.

Hai Karunanidhi,
I also support prasad and if you don't have any other offer in hand and you really want to change, its better to go with the new opportunity.
The second thing is that you will get the Banking domain exposure which will be helpful further in your career.
The advantage of the product based companies is that you can get the domain knowledge which is having more values than working in the development. If you are good in the domain and programming, nothing can stop you to grow like anything in the career.

Hi Karunanidhi,

my suggestion is accept the offer, Banking domain also good in market but don't compare product based company with banking domain both are different in working style, culture etc.. in banking domain you can more concentrate on security level, their is most probability to gain more knowledge in banking domains too. Apart from the technology financial status also important, as you said you got 35% hike that is good to improve your financial background.This is up to my knowledge.

If any one said don't take this opportunity you just ask them why? Is there any specific reason behind that?

Final decision is up to you...

Hi Karunanidhi,

First up all congratulations and I suggest "JUST GO WITH IT". Though it is a bank, you got a role of Programmer which is best. you can enjoy working on it and anyways package(35% hike) is also important..;)

I think you should accept your new offer this is because . Both Corporate Role-Programmer and Software Engineering are directly related to your interested that mean you will enjoy your new offer. It may be IndusInd Bank offer less salary than previous but it has good future than previous job. At last your selection is totally depends on your choice . we can only suggest
