Hai Rengan,
For the position of Project Manager, it depends on the role which will be for the PM. Based on the role, they will be asking the questions. Like if you need to handle the technical team, the questions will be based on the technical as well as managerial.
If you are just going for non-technical, then mostly the questions will be based on the handling the team, performance review of the individuals, assistance to the team, there daily records, leave management, high level overview of each individual tasks etc.
For the Technical Manager, mostly the questions will be related to the architecture of the application, projects flow as well as scope of the application and the involvement, defining the scope, allocation of the tasks to each individuals, security of the application etc.
