Regarding Responsive templates/jquery

Hello all,

i am developing a site. i want botom navigation like the following site

http://www.merck.com/index.html

i am not getting what to call this type of bottom navigation.

can anyone suggest me the template or jquery for the same.

it should be responsive.

1. They are using bootstrap css
2. Using the Jquery doing the animation.

It is just html page only you can get the page source easily. And identify the logic

The responsiveness will be by using the bootstrap reference or you can develop your own css styles and relate it to the markup.
