Want to fetch Timezone through zipcode across world using free API

Hi,

I want to display users timezone based on their given zip code so looking for any free timezone api to fetch timezone through zip code.

Note: I don't have latitude,longitude, also i want it across world.

Please let me know as its very urgent task for me.
