Hi Sidharthan.
We can't judge which is better as both got their own scope in the present market.
According to me the packages are offered high for IOS with less openings, it depends up on your interest.
As you have been working on windows, you can master it and try to get in to better position by acquiring more knowledge and pursue as windows developer.
