Hi ,

Can you please let me know if the we can send email to external users ?if yes any link? i tried using workflow in SharePoint designer but i could not send email to external users please help on this..

Hello Mahini,

Try this :

In Central Admin and Web Apps general settings - choose Workflows.

Adjust the setting "Allow external users to participate in workflow by sending them a copy of the document?" to yes.
