    What happened Decrease Current Balance.

    Webmaster

    What happened Decrease Current Balance.

    Today I go to Dashboard then click Recalculate but my current balance Decreasing large difference


    Current Balance: Rs 3863.00 to Now 63.

    why it is happened?

    can you explain this?

    Hi Jayakumar.

    The payments have been announced for september.
    Check your gifts and awards section, it will be displayed about your payment.
    So was the amount deducted from your total as they will be paid soon.

    It is decreased because DNS annouced a payment for you. You should be happy.

    You must check your mail. You have got the mail regarding your payment announcement.

    May be Payment announced for 3800, please fill the template and send back to the same then they will send that amount to your account directly.

    Hai JayaKumar,
    It seems they have announced the payment for you this month in in this regards, you should also get an email to apply using the template to get your money in to your account.

    05 Oct 2015 - Cash Payment : Rs 3800.00 (Payments for Sep 2015, Invoice# DNS-5720)

    So you need not to worry about the payment, it will get credited in next few days.
