Need help on below issue

hi

i have attended tcs walkin on12 sep 2015 for .net position that day techinal round and managerial round ,hr discussion about package is completed and i have submitted
all employment documents that day only.but in tcs carrer portal it is showing interview process is evaluation in progress.

please tell me 1)evalutaion in progress status means
2)did i got selected or rejected how can i confirm please suggest me

Hi Pradeep,

Until you receive an offer don't consider that you are selected for that company, not only for TCS any company.

As per your thread you have done all rounds from your end, your task is completed. Now the time for doing some activity from company end like background verification etc... these are the activities they will do and everything is fine they will release offer.

Hi Pradeep.

Have you went for interview directlyl or any consultancy forwarded you for interview?

As you said the technical discussion, manager discussion and salary details also discussed with you, its 90% done from your side.

Till the company completes all its process it might be showing as in evaluation. Once you receive an offer letter from company then you should consider as you got hired.

Wait till they complete the total process like background verification and all.

i went direct tcs recruitment drive no consultanies.

thanks alot sridhar for ur valuable suggestion last time i posted like going for ibm good or bad.finally i went for ibm and got to know contract position is always risk.so i got permenant position with other company i am waiting for tcs confirmation so i can decide to join this comapny or tcs..

Hope for the best to happen, as you did everything from your side.
I can say you, the chances are more for you since TCS is hiring many on .net these days. I saw people recently who got selected for TCS forwarded by consultancies.

Hi Pradeep,

You got offers in 2 top most companies; one is contract level and another one is in permanent position; my suggestion is better to choose permanent one, because of contract you may face lot of issues once you enter to organization. By gods grace you have one more offer with TCS, my suggestion is TCS only; if both are permanent then you may think it by your own and decided by your self, because both are Top MNC companies.

I attended a tcs walkin on 19-sep. at kumaran nagar chennai.
status in the portal still says evaluation in progress.In how many days did u get the offer?.
