Looking for Best advice

Hi Team,
I had completed BCA in 2011 with 78%. Then I came to Pune to search for a job. However, i didnt get job in developement so i joined BPO sector in one of renonwed MNC. Since then, I have been working with BPO. Now I have completed MCA externally. Now i dont remember basic things of languages. I have also resigned from MNC to get a job in developement field.
Here is a summary :
BCA 2008 to 2011 78%
MCA 2013 To 2015 54 %
BPO work exp Feb 2012 to Aug 2015.

My questions are :

1. Shall i mention BPO's 3.6 years work experience in resume if not how do i describe gap in education.

2. Since I am out of the software industry, I am afraid to go for interview as i dont have much knowledge about languages.What can be done to get a job.

3. How do I start my career in developement field.

Hello Jitendra,

As you don't have not so much knowledge now after leaving your studies and you have completed MCA by distance education.

So i suggest you to learn those languages again to get very good control on it in which you are interested to make your career.

BPO is so different kind of job which is not useful for development, so do not mention it in the resume. If you are mentioning than it will not help you to get job in development field.

Hi

I suggest you to learn asp.net and c#.net for two months then you can try as dotnet fresher in any of level 3 companies. You can keep the BPO experience to show them that you are not idle for these days.

Your 3+ years of BPO experience will make a lot for you if plan the career in BPO sector. There are huge salaries as well in MNC companies.

But you want to start career as developer it might become late to get in to industry, but it is not impossible.
