    Switching Company to UST Global

    Hi Friends,

    My name is Krishna.Totally I have around 7 years of experience in Dotnet and now working in TCS.
    I am having offers in HP(Sr.Developer - 9.5 lacs),MindTree(Module Lead - 9.5 lacs),UST Global(Team Lead - 11.5 lacs),& Infrasoft(Team Lead - 11.5 lacs).
    I am thinking to join in UST Global.Please share me how is work culture,growth,learning,& Job security in that company.Please advice.

    UST is good company. I think For now UST hiring for production support. If it is for production support think twice and join.

    Hello Krishnasamy,

    As i know InfrasoftTech and UST Global International both are very reputed and good companies for work.

    I think you should go for UST Global.

    But still it depends on you what you want to chose. If you are choosing UST Global then they may shift you to US.

    I too know about UST. it is a good firm. sorry to say that i didnt hear about the company Infrasoft.
    One more thing to consider is regarding your designation. it is a team lead position. hope you got enough experience to select wise decisions on time.

    learn the different roles of team lead from google or from your friends before joining. try to learn some tools for managing the team.
