External Dll in WCF.

Hello All,

I have 2 application .One is placed in a azure cloud another in amazon cloud .
I want to add reference of application which is azure in WCF application which is in amazon cloud.

Is that possible? If so how?

His question is he had two applications one is placed in a azure cloud another in amazon cloud .
