Regarding selection procedure of Winners of Member of the Month
hi to allI am little bit confused about the selection of this award.
As you mention "selected 5 members for the Member of the Month award. An amount of Rs. 2,500 will be distributed to these members as per the points earned by them during the month"
But I checked the points earn during this month for last 2 member
Mr. Sri Rama Bhushan: Rs.325 --Points earned between 04/01/2015 and 04/30/2015 is 160
Mr. Gaurav Kumar Arora: Rs.295 --
Points earned between 04/01/2015 and 04/30/2015 is 92
Where as you can check my point between 04/01/2015 and 04/30/2015 is 197
And also on your forum page there are showing start performer as
Forum Super Stars: Nirav Lalan Prasad kulkarni Mahesh Durgam Arvind kumar sridhar thota
But my name(Arvind kumar) is not a part of this award with 197 point where as other member is awarded with only 92 point.
I know the award distribution is completely rights of administrator but I just want to how they select and what is actual process. So I want to understand that.
