Need guidance on interview preperation for the role of project lead or Project manager

Hi ,
I have got 10years of experience. I would like seek guidance on how to prepare and what to touch base on the concepts with mode of interview preparation on the areas in dotnet and management, ITIL for my experience to get the role of project lead or project manager.

Project leader should have following role and responsibilities
- Be able to lead an effective meeting
- Have a good understanding of EPICS practices, policies, and operation
- Have a basic understanding of the current and future technical architecture of the project
- Provide operational leadership to a project team
- Write clear and detailed reports
- Give clear and effective presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Meeting the commitment for the project
- Effective use of project team members and resources
- Complete and appropriate design documentation for the project
- Project Partner satisfaction
