I am currently working on .NET technology in Level 3 company

Hi All,

I am currently working on .NET technology in Level 3 company .I have total 6 years experience.I want to change the company.I have one year gap in my experience due to family health problem.is there any impact on my career?.How to handle this.Please guide me on this.

Hi,
When you have the gap? Are you working right now? If you are good in .NET and you have all the necessary documents then nothing to worry about the career gap. You may start applying for the job. Current job market is very good for .NET candidates. Just go ahead and upload your resumes in all the job sites. Make sure you perform well in interviews.

yes you have to perform well in interview, attend more interview and learn what questions they are asking in each interview day by day you will good in interivew skills and you will get good job. All the best for yorur interview.

Dear Venkateswarao,

There is no need to take so much worry about job.
The same condition was happened with me previous year.
1st you can do that If you have any medical contact then medical gap certification. I am sure that will you at your level.

2nd you should apply for small job portals like indeed, shine etc. They gives good response.

3rd step: use social groups of linkedin, Facebook etc.

There are lots of companies, who may contact you directly.

Hi,

Whether the Gap is at present or your previous years.? If that is present or past better to show your medical certificates then they won't raise any issues.

i think your GAP is not matter when you are already working. please focus on the technology which you are working and specify the experience which you are having in the current company. no one will ask you about the gap in your carrier if you are strong in technical stuff.
