I would like to install Visual Studio 2013 on Windows 7 32-bit.

"Setup Blocked" with an error "This version of Visual Studio requires a computer with a newer version of Windows".

Any ideas of what else could be the problem ?

Hi Jay,
It seems you are using Windows 7 without any upgrade.
Visual Studio 2013 supports Windows 7 SP1 and later versions of Windows. You can get SP1 through Windows Update or download and install separately.

Hi,
You may have to install Service Pack for Windows 7 if you are using most upto date Visual Studio version that is Visual Studio 2013 with Update 4.
