There are a Hell lot of certification are available from Microsoft based on the technology.
You can clear the papers and choose the certificate you want to do.

Microsoft certifications are really good if you want to expand your .net knowledge and gain more insight into the technology provided you prepare for the exam for minimum 45 days.
you can prepare or any of these exams:
MCTS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Windows Applications - 511
MCTS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Web Applications - 515
MCTS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications - 513
MCTS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Data Access -
516
I would suggest not to just prepare dumps and write the exam directly without preparation. This will be your loss because though you will have certification in hand but not expertise in .NET.
