As you all are aware that DNS has been increasingly promoted by Google for .NET related information. To improve the betterment of the website, here are the instructions that can be followed while posting the Jobs.
1) Since the website is for Microsoft Related Technology, all are required to post jobs related to Information Technology which will help search engine to display your post in top 10 results.
2) While posting the job try to provide description on your own words. One liner description about the company is enough. For more details about the company kindly provide the website link, so that copying content from the origin website can be eliminated and your post will gain added advantages.
3) Please refrain from posting post such as Online SAP Training in USA, Part Time Jobs for Extra Income and other topics which are not meaningful in job section. These section is especially for freshers and experienced professionals who search for genuine job related openings.
4) If you come around any job post which is not related to IT kindly share the URL to me or webmasters, so that the appropriate job post can be removed, which will help in improving the quality of the content in website.
5) When posting job try to provide address, website of the organization, experience and skill sets. Keep the post readable for other users.
