If you search the same thing in Google you may get no.of links. If you want to became a good programmer then stop to ask others help and try to find out solution by your own.If it's take some time initially but later it will help you for your career perspective.

Hi,
I believe MSDN or channel9 will be the best place to learn .NET. Youtube may have thousands of videos but it may not be organised. Also if you are completely new to .NET then I would suggest you to join one of the coaching class to have a .NET basic knowledge. It won't be so easy to learn complete things from starting via online as it cannot be very much structured like training class.
Anyway it is your wish.
