How to make a protected videos in usb card?

Hi Friends,

i ve one project its has video and audio for advanced brain childrens (mentally challanged)
Those video & audios were guidence of that parents how to handle these childrens.
our moto is that video and audio is copied on USB to pass card all parents.

here the challange is

I)that video once i copied to USB card wont allow to delete and format also
II) that audios are splitted in 5 parts when the parents heared auido1 after they opened audio automatically play on audio2...


How to do that??
