If you are getting money from India then paypal is not useful. The policies of RBI does not permit to tranfer money within India using paypal.Instead use other tools like PayPal,CCAvenue , PayByWeb , ABC Payments ,EBS,Web link India,Times Of Money,Pro Pay ,World Pay ,Data Cash etc.
