New reward programs effective February 2014

We recently made some announcements regarding changes in the reward programs due to the changes in revenue sources and few other parameters beyond our controls.

Today, I am happy to announce the new, consolidated rewards programs effective February 2014.

We will have the following new rewards:

1. Member of the Month - 5 Awards.
2. Most Valuable Member Award (based on eligibility, no limits)
3. Member of the Year - 5 Awards

For the Member of the Month awards, we will select 5 top members based on points as well as quality of contribution. The winners will be given certificates. Also, we will split Rs 2,500 among the 5 winners, based on the points earned.

We will select high quality contributors as "Most Valuable Member". This award is valid for 1 year period, which may be renewed if the member further qualifies. MVM award comes with award certificate.

Every year, we will select top 5 contributors as Member of the Year Awardees. The winners will be issued certificates.

For selecting the winners, we will consider the points as well as the quality of contributions.
