How to pass the ID in php

Hi i have an article page and i have put read more button at the end of every article dynamically. an di want when user clicks on read more button the details of that article should get opened in a new tab. details are available in database corresponding to the ID.

Any help will be highly appreciated !!

I think its better to ask this question in PHP forum as there the people can give you better answer rather than asking here in.Net forum.
Its very tough the people having knowledge on both the technologies and can give you the proper answers.
